Well, I just saw the devil.
I was looking in the mirror and I was going over in my head what I need to make each week to a) pay off student loans within two years, b) saving up to get an apartment or a house*, and c) have enough money to buffer any problems.
Option A) stick with my current job, which is now six days a week, from around three to ten and possibly later on weekends. I'd be averaging over three hundred. I just would have to suck up the fact that I ABSOLUTELY hate my job. It's amazing what a little money can do to make you stick with something.
Option B) find a new job that pays about the same for less hours. I'm currently looking for that job. I've got a list of ad agencies from here to Morristown and Sparta. I haven't given up on a news or film crew job but I want a consistent staff job. Chances are I'm not looking the right way. But I told myself last night that it's not going to be option A.
*-You'd be surprised how cheap a house can go for. Foreclosures, the 2008 housing market crash, and a couple of other things there's houses that are cheaper than cars.
