Hey you lovely jet setters-

I've been in Vermont trying to bang two rocks together so that I could update; as it turns out, I got a much faster connection with smoke signals.

So briefly, before I run out of cedar chips; yesterday we raced up a mountain. Today we do the same.

Sunday we do it....thrice.

Monday there is much speed and most likely blood.

So, until Tuesday, here's to getting shocked back into shape.
