End day 3 of quarantine:
I did make the four block walk to work this morning, wrestled through a few phone calls, learned that I was, in fact, lucky that my rent is only being raised $50, due to a clerical error.
Funny, I called to get a better deal.
It was only a few hours after that I ended up curled in a ball beneath the conference table, which did little to conceal my suffering due to its complete transparence. The coffee rings are large, but not so much as my fetal position.
After our designer encoureged me politely to, "go the fuck home," I swung by the video store. To me delight Ali G has been released in NTSC! If you don't know this man, know him.
I am feeling a bit better and am contemplating actual human contact tomorrow.
I'll keep you updated, in the meantime know that earlier suspicions of me "kicking it off early chap," are now deemed - unlikely.
