Today was beautiful, all day long. I got on my bike with shorts and short sleeves for the first time since Spain... ten minutes later I could have swore I heard an ominous melody as the clouds blocked out the sun, and the snow began to fall. This was not a funny joke har har; not so much. I was 30 miles away from home, and my toes were very, very cold.

Now I'm here, and clean and enjoying some pasta. Someone is brining me a surprise and it is not even my birthday yet. They'll be here soon, which delights me, present or none.

What are you getting me for my brithday? I do like presents.
