today's an ok day so far.... still at work which sucks...especially since its so nice out... can't wait till the pool opens so i strut my tanned ass about town! i had this awesome plan for when i was going to be inbetween jobs at the end of the month.... i was gonna tell whatever job i was taking that i couldn't start till the second week in june and then from the 30th(my birthday ): ) until like the 8th of june i was gonna straight chill at the pool and do all the other summer vaca stuff i wouldn't be able to do for the rest of the summer on account of starting a new job. TOOLs coming to town that week and so are the DEFTONES so it would have been the perfect time to have off. BBBBUUUTTTT.... now... .my highly -desired i-n -the -work- place -ass won't be able to do that cuz the job i have now is offering me a premotion, even though i was only a temp and suposed to be out of there by june. please believe, this is a good thing.... but now i'm confused as to which job to take. i have another offer at an architecture firm in reston which is for less moeny but way better benifits. plus my always-trying-to-please-everyone ass kinda already told the arch firm that i wanted the job, so i think they might be expecting me. how do i go about telling them i lied when and if i decide to take the job offered at the place i already work??also i'm totally nervous about taking this new position here cuz its something i've never done and would prob. need lots of training... what if i suck? what if they end up not liking me and then i just lost a good opp. at the arch firm.... u have no idea how long its taken me to find any job opp. let alone a good one! i've been searching since, no lie..... nov. of 2006.... thats a long as time to be stressed about work.... regardless of what position i take i'm just glad come june the stress of not having a perm. position will FINALLY be over....and then i can move onto being stressed aobut something else! hehe.. only sorta serious about that last thing. i need some TOOL, that'll make the day go by faster....
