Another day, another yesterday full of rain here in Atlanta, as if we needed any more after the torrents and deluge of three weeks ago. Since we had a couple days of dry weather since then, we had the foundation work done due to the water damage we endured in my brother's room. Now we just need to go through a good hard rain to see whether the job was done properly, and we can start reparing the inside of that damaged room. Did I mention we had quotes of $19,000 for aforesaid foundation work? Crazy what contractors will try to get away with...thank God for competition.
Fourth day back at work...still a pain in the butt adjusting to my old schedule....going back made me realize that I work alot! I have no time during the week to do anything other than come home, eat dinner, and collapse in bed...
No wonder I party on the weekend (sometimes, lol). Do you blame me? I didn't think so.
P.S. I am still really liking my time with "the new girl." We'll see where this goes...keep wishing me luck.
