So, have you ever shared a moment with someone which was defining and foundational, adn you knew it when it was happening? And doesn't that make it all the more rewarding?! Well, I had one of those moments a couple...

I had a second date with a new friend, a girl who grew up in Oman, Botswana and Tanzania. She has the most wonderful British accented English. She came to my house and we just chilled, talked, and got to know one another better. Flirted, but tried to keep it light and non-sexual, non-erotic...we have a frienship and are not trying to ruin it with rushing ourselves.

At the end of the night, we had a hug...isn't that sweet? I picked her up, and she jumped into my arms, and wrapped her legs around my waist and arms around my shoulders while facing me. I carried her all the way from my living room, outside, up a hill, around the front of the house and to her car in just that way. While I carried her, as we got close to the car, she said, "I can get use to this." All I could think to say was , "Good." I was thinking, "I hope so." It felt sooooooo good to have her in my arms, and have her enjoy it also.

We have our third date tomorrow night (Thursday, September 17). It is her birthday, and I have some plans! Wish me well everyone!
