Well, our film made it into the regional finals. I'm such a nerd I wrote a script to check the website every 10 minutes and email me if it changed. Friday afternoon I got an email with the finalist list. So the final is tonight, 9pm. I'm kinda nervous now that we've gotten this far.
I'm trying to muster up the energy to have a website again, I seem to be writing it in fits and bursts. So many things I should be doing but right now I'm content to be sitting in front of the fire.
Which isn't actually going too well. Where is henry_miller when I need him? He's my official firestarter.
I was lying on my tummy for the last hour or so with a cat sitting on my butt. I now have a really sore back.
This weekend I was supposed to be: sewing, installing debian on my powerbook, packaging, finishing my website, sleeping in.
This weekend I was not supposed to be: crying, driving to pick up phones for my parents because my father has suddenly discovered trademe and I live in the same city as the guy he's buying from, relying so much on stupid words.
