~ another week is over and I'm exhausted agian, when do I stop being so tired?
~ after my last post about mice behind desks, it turned out to be a rat, and one of the cats eventually caught it and crunched it up on the driveway in front of small children. go the cats.
~ this posey profile photo of yours truly has just ended up in a newsletter for an open source project I work on. The company directors keep teasing me because it's apparently 'sultry'.
~ today I feel like punctuation and capitalisation are overrated. Could be because using the shift key is difficult and takes too much energy.
~ I really want to get tattooed.
~ On tuesday, henry_miller and I entertained random Debian person who happened to be in Wellington. We took him to climb trees, out for pizza, and to a trendy bar for a glass of wine. And we did some keysigning.
~ I'm beginning to think that I'm too effective at signing keys. I'm sure I've signed many more than I have signatures from. After Debconf I signed everyone's key and I'm pretty sure that I missed out from signatures from at least half the people there. Le sigh.
~ there seems to be an earthquake almost daily, sometimes more frequently. I get earthquake email notifications still from my time at GNS
~ yesterday I was told I was not spending enough time with 'flakey creative people' and that the technical side of my brain was in danger of devouring the artsy side. I was amused, but I think it's probably right.
~ today I picked up a bottle of perfume from my dressing table and it turned out to belong to henry_miller and so I put it on. It's weird, smelling like (familiar) boy all day. But I kinda like it. Funny how a girl can get away with wearing boy perfume but I don't think boys could get away with wearing girl perfume. What a terrible double standard, shame on me for upholding the sterotype.
~ I no longer have any facial piercings, which is kinda good and weird all at once.
~ writing is becoming difficult, balancing the laptop between my stomach and my crossed knee, lying on my back with my legs bent and my head on the edge of the futon.
~ is order important in these entries? or do random thoughts count?
