Ick...yesterday was not so good of a day. I let the depression monster get the best of me and ended up sitting on the couch, watching National Geographic shows on On Demand and sorting my vast magazine recipe collection into my recipe catagory accordian. Since I have no money, though, I won't ever make those recipes unless the main ingredient is ramen.
Last night I went to Andy's wife's viewing with Monica. It was sad, but i'm glad I went. I saw some people that I haven't seen in forever. Scott called on his way home from school and asked if I was hungry and said he was going to get a surprise. Then he came home with Taco Bell, but he tried to get KFC. They said they were out of food!?! He wanted to get me a bucket of chicken, since I have never in my 28 year had a bucket of chicken. Then it turns out Taco Bell forgot to put in all of his food, so I shared my nachos with him and made him some mac n cheese. Then I had sexy time with Scott, but goofy me started crying in the middle of it.
Barry told Scott he is moving out at the end of February, which puts a huge dent in our finances. We will have to come up with an extra $275 per month, but on a good side, now we can use Barry's bedroom for a studio/office and I can bring my eliptical machine over from Monica's house. We can put both of our computers in there and get more bookshelves, and if there is enough room, I can get my drafting table from my parents house. Hooray! Not to mention, we will be able to sit naked in the living room without worrying about Barry coming home. Okay, so this might be a good thing.
Today is going to be a better day. I woke up at 6am, drank my coffee, read my Metrotimes, bought a $3 copy of Tropico from half.com, put frozen chicken stew in the crock pot, so I can have dinner ready for my man like a good little wifey, did the dishes, now I'm going to put a load of laundry in, and do my taxes! Productivity rocks!
