usually they refund only if you follow through with a completely unreasonable process. like say... placing a few ads and stuffing thousands of envelopes yourself. in the end it would have cost you as much as your refund and likely more to do the same thing they claimed they would pay you for and blah blah blah. scam.
i emailed you something.
i once played the mail order game only i was the guy placing the ads and not responding to them. there's a system that enables you to assume no loss of profit by promising things that are said, yet not fully disclosed in the initial approach. I'll say this much:
