@1akbrian thanks buddy yeah when i went for my first session i became hooked an fell in love with it an even though I've only been going for a month an a half its given a brand new found confidence in myself an when you do it it completely changes your whole perspective on fighting. I hope so anybody calls the expendables they'll say nah we'll call mitchymitch he'll get the job done in half the time haha.
