I got it from "Braveheart" 🙄  the thing I like about sports is how I can turn my mind off.  I need to.  If I were to think of what I was doing I would be too slow.  I have to rely on all the hours of training.  Just let muscle memory and experience do the job.  And when I'm in the zone I feel like a passenger.  Kind of like meditation.  Let your brain work on the big picture and your body follows.  That's probably what music is like too.  They can't think about a jam session, it just happens.

@littleharpy totally agreed when doing ground work I like to switch off an let instinct take over an hope I'm the one who's victorious lol I've only been doing it for 2 months and I've noticed I'm really coming along I managed to defeat my instructor in yesterdays training with an arm bar that was after the first 2 times he defeated me and the music thing yeah it happens more when you don't plan it
