Hey guys long time no see I understand it’s been a long time but I have to get this off my chest as yesterday really fucked me off to high heaven.

Yesterday I was in work having an ok morning a few hours into the shift I’m called into the office for a chat with the assistant team leader and the department manager because apparently on Monday I had a little snowflake ❄️ launch a complaint against me because I called him a retard. He’s one of those thick as pig shit people you’d have to see him to believe it an to understand it and he’s one of those people who can dish it all day long but not take it which is pathetic in itself. In our line of work you have got to be thick skinned no ifs ands or buts otherwise you will not survive.

An believe me I fought my corner an gave them hell for it an I can see the department manager getting more an more unimpressed with my responses to his questions like example “how would you feel if I was called a retard in the workplace ?” I get called it all the time even by bosses it doesn’t phase me I just laugh an give it back like you’re supposed to because I’m thick skinned but you don’t see me in the office to my managers launching complaints against people seriously it’s so pathetic it’s like being back at school he said this he said that 🤬 if you can’t take it don’t fucking dish it the world will be a better place once all these fucking snowflakes grow a pair or better yet DIE!! And the entire left wing movement (another rant for another time)
