Hey guys hows your tuesday ? this is just a little update of me personally last month I was in a real depressive state so bad to the point where I just didn't want to do anything or even speak to anyone going round day to day with a fake smile and just pretending to be ok.
Now since then thanks to some helpful advice an support from you guys (you know who you are) I decided just sitting around at home doing nothing wasn't gonna change anything I decided to join an MMA gym which I've now been going for just shy of 3 weeks its something I always wondered about doing for a couple years but didn't have the confidence to go an join one thinking the people would just a bunch of mocho pricks who treat new starters like shit an make them feel they don't belong but with this MMA gym I joined I found this wasn't the case they're actually really nice bunch of people with good banter an always help you out and help you improve because they know how it was when they first started and I feel Ive developed a comradeship with them because no matter how shit I do a move or how tired I get during the drills an workouts I don't give up I try and try and continue to comeback day after day. Overall doing this its given me a new found confidence in myself and I'm really enjoying it all (even I'm always a physical wreck afterwards an take home a few bruises) I feel like a new an improved Mitchy :) so in a few months when I've been going every time theres a session on aint no mother fucker gonna want to cross me :D.
So now I'd like to finish off with a little personal thank you to specific individuals @darrensgirl thank you very much for your support meant a lot knowing you were there (even though you're not so active here much). @wizard0 thank you buddy for giving me the advice and motivation to even go out an make me consider join some form of club in the 1st place :). @charlie2red & @banko_76 you guys fucking hell that day in manchester was fucking great and for showing me your support an knowing if I ever really needed to get away for a night or 2 on your couch really meant a lot thank so fucking much you wonderful human beings :). @dmaggot and of course Dave Maggot thank you for the virtual comfort hugs they're always appreciated nice to know you got my back buddy :). @dicentra hey sweetheart thank you for the invite to come down your place for a few days around begging of november I'm certainly taking up your offer thank you hope you and captain @bonderone are enjoying your travels together :). Finally @motherofdragons you sweetheart have been fucking amazing so amazing words can't even begin to describe it our Skype calls together have really been some the best entertainment I've ever had just filled with so much funnies I'm in stitches most of the time you fucking rule sweetheart THANK YOU!! :)
