Fact Friday!

If I could have any superhero power it would be immortality. Despite the fact flying, teleportation, shape shifting etc would be super cool - I genuinely would rather my life would never end. It would be so amazing to see the world change over so many years and experience that. Also my biggest fear is death. I can't be 100% certain there is an afterlife and that scares me very much.

Of course there is a downside to living forever... Seeing everybody you care about die while you live on... But I guess over time you learn to not get attached to people. Use the benefit of not being able to get killed to save lives, take bullets, rescue people.

But hey that's just me! What would you choose and why? I love asking people this question! I get so curios of people's answers! 😛

I spend a lot of time driving for work, and think of the super power bit a lot and another power I would love is the ability to alter object permanently. It's sort of mundane, but I'd get a lot of shit done. I would do everything from finishing my home remodeling, to pulling pollutants out of our water sources and putting in into the homes of the people who don't want to protect the environment. Or even placing all the dog poo not picked up by the human and putting in on their door step. Vindicative justice.

I think you end up either deciding not to get close to anyone or to just accept the fact that all great joys in life only last as long as they do, and then its time to find the next one. That's kind of the point I've gotten to in life, there's definitely more hurt involved, but I feel like the highs outweigh the lows.
