Countdown: 5 days 'til Miss Tallahassee arrives again. It's almost too much for me to handle. Both the wait and her!

Last night: Went to a 'raise the rent' party. It's been ages since I drank beer. But, I had a good time. Josh and Mephausto were charming as always. I even got to dance.

Realization: I started drinking coffee in the mornings because it reminded me of Miss Tallahassee. She made coffee every morning for us when we were together for those 2 weeks in June. Well, this weekend I wanted to stay away from caffeine so as not to become accustomed to it. I like the energetic high it induces. As a result I've had a really hard time getting started after I awake.
