So I'm back from a 2 week vacation! I'm refreshed and relaxed.
To answer the question, "Who's where?" (previous post) Miss Tallahassee was here, as in Portland, and more specifically my apartment. She spent a week in PDX and we flew down to Tallahassee together to spend a week there. In both cases I missed out on the REALLY hot weather in both locations.
Our time together was far too short, and we speak daily on the phone multiple times. Have you ever just 'clicked' with someone? She likens it to how Legos fit together, and I describe it at two pieces of a puzzle. Anyway you slice it I want her in my life and she wants me in hers - regardless of difficulties.
We are already planning our next visit. And I was able to get her to commit for the Pink Martinis concert on Feb 14, 2004. It was just my way of saying I want to be with her next year.
Life is grand - even though my business partner tried his dammedest to ruin my vacation. Like the constant phone calls on the weekends, emails threatening to quit the business, telling me I wasn't doing my job and other such bullshit.
