To add to the wisdom of our oh so wonderful MistressMinx the ancient Hebrews had lots of fun hiding words as numbers, and would scramble the meanings by apply mathematical formula to them. Following this line of thought and some simple addition the Hebrew numbers could be extrapolated to the name Julius Caesar. A hated ruler by the Hebrew around the day the Bible was written.

It is also true that the ancient Hebrew word for debate (something their religious leaders encouraged within their followers) is the same root word which has become our "Satan". To discourage their followers from Debating the laws of Christ the catholics chose that word to be the 'root' of all Evil.
