well... 2006 is off with a complete bang. couldn't tell you if that's a good thing or not.

just before the new year I was a fender bender with a teeny bopper who is not willing to provide me with her insurnace info. $700 worth of work to be done on the car. and my poor Emy has a big ol dent on her!

On NYE day... my roomie informed me that her BF has asked her to move in with him. This, I do not hold against her. She is almost never here anyway, it seems silly for her to pay rent and never be here. However, I can not afford my mortgage payments w/o a roommate.

and today, well technically, yesterday, I was "let go" of my day job. the absolute icing on the cake. I did mention that I was going to get down to one job this year... just didn't think that it would be this soon.

so, way they say thingsa happen in threes... does that mean I am done yet? Did I fill my trio of troubled times... or am I destined for more hell than I can handle.

I guess I can the job thing divine intervention. I just wish that when I'm handed a giant pile of shit it would be only one piece at a time.

but..... I have to say, nothing says "sorry you had a bad day" like a new pair of red and black lace panties waiting in your chair for you when you get home.... I will be missing the roomie should she move!

I think I will have to find time to post party pics and such here as well as other photos.

I think it is also time to test out the airport card on my iBook and visit some of the local WiFi cafes.
