V For Vendetta
Ok so, decided to go to the cinema with my friend to see V for Vendetta, thought it would be a dumb action movie but its made me think and assess my life (as many things do, I'm one of those people!).

People have fought and died for my right to love who I chose, and what do I do, nothing but take it for granted. I go to Pride but just for the party on a Sunday, I never march for fear that people at work/family will see me. So what right do I have to be there? None is what I'm thinking, it's called Pride, not shame, people like me are a disgrace. I'm gay with my friends and with strangers, I'm too scared to come out to my parents or work colleagues, does this make me a bad person?

If I believe in a cause I should stand up and fight for it, nothing will change if everyone takes a back seat and leaves all the hard work for others.

I'm gonna start with joining the march at this years pride and see what else I can do.
