HAPPY EASTER YA'LL! 
This easter weekend has been nice, ok, so I've been working, but Neal has been here, it's been snowing (which is a little strange, lol) and I've been cooking more new items to add to my list of culinary skills
. Bearing in mind I'm not a bad cook anyway, I decided to make some bombay potatoes! And for a first attempt, they were yummy!
I love cooking, I'm not the housewife type, but I do enjoy cooking meals, especially when I have company, I enjoy seeing others enjoying my food (I'm definitely turning into my mother, scary!)
So easter Sunday has been spent bugging people on the phone, sleeping and drinking wine.
Holidays are bliss.....
