Happy Maban/Autumnal Equinox/ Fall
I know, I know I am a day late, well I am slow. I love fall but I really is not fall. it's like 85 during the day. But the cool weather is coming. Soon we will be surrounded with falling leaves, apples, mulled wine and pumpkins. It's my favorite season, it doesn't hurt that my birthday is in the fall and I love Halloween.
I am sleeping better ... with the couple of mama's little helpers both herbal and chemical. but at least I am sleeping
