My sprained ankle is finally getting better. I would have to guess that it is at about 80% right now, which is a major improvement. Tomorrow I am going to start easing back into my maniacal workout routine... Muscle Tone, you shall return!

I went to the gym today and just shot some baskets. My shot was on, which always boosts my confidence. PLUS, there was a bonus: a gorgeous, tall, dark, muscular, "diesel-style" man was practicing his dunking techniques... very very nice! I had to do everything in my power not to stare at him; apparently my powers are not that great because I just ended up staring at him anyway.
...The only thing that could've been hotter is if he'd had his head shaved bald and some gauged ears!
