So gloomy today.
Last night I made the best banana bread from scratch.
And then:
I nearly cut my thumb off on the Cling wrap box when I was wrapping it up.
Blood every where. My roommate convinced me to go to the ER. I was there from 11:30 pm. till 3:00 in the morning. Fuckers. You'd bleed to death in Manhattan before you get any help.
3 lousy stitches. I can't wait for the $600.00 bill.
What a shit show the ER is in Manhattan. Nothing like the sundry tv shows. There's no one pretty in there. There's nothing but sadness and desperation: Aids patients, drug addicts... Poor Dominicans, Mexicans and blacks with no insurance.
I saw a drunk Mexican with his face bashed in and a hole in his hand the size of dime. He was covered in blood and passed out next to his wife. He would wake up to go puke in the bathroom.

glad to find another polaroid lover on here.
I haven't done that much with polaroid lately since my camera broke about 2 years ago and the film's sooo expenssive here (about 30 for 10 pieces) so i always try to save them up for the perfect photo.
a few months ago i found my great granny's polaroid XS 70.. it's so neat and now i have a reason to get back into that.
i love surreal polaroid photography.. like daily things that are put in a weird way.. does that make sense?

Damn that is bad, you'd go gangrene before getting help. I hope they take people in on a needs basis, like if your having a heart attack you skip the line a bit.
