I have felt so bad for so long that I think no person/doctor whoever can help me. I only wish that I can feel normal before I go to the next world. I'm sorry this is so heavy but my heart and life feel like a bad dream. I hope all is well with everyone here. Hope you're feeling better. I know you may feel like no one can help you...but please, do see a doctor or therapist. There's no shame in it, and it can't hurt. Also...I think people forget that things like anxiety and depression are actually illnesses. They can affect the way you think and feel and sometimes medication can make a huge difference in getting your brain chemistry back to place where you can be well again. Please please take care of yourself - even when that means letting other people help!

You know people here on SG are so supportive.Last year I had some health problems and problems with my family and husband and SG is the only place I write about it and I always get support.
