What kind of diet are you on exactly? I've lost 65 pounds in the past year and a half and am seeking to lose about 15-25 more. Basically i just ate less and did more excercise though i haven't done much excercising with the winter. I guess the going veggie thing is part of the wanting to lose a few more pounds and also a challenge for me to see if i can actually do it.
