I walked by slowly, taking notice of as many details as I could without looking too obviously fascinated.
Many others walked by quickly, taking a disgusted notice, but assuming the man had just passed out drunk.
However, this man will never wake up. He died by himself on a sidewalk in the downtown of some American city, against the wall of some abandoned lot.

Now I go to write a song for a man who had probably given up the idea that a song would ever be written about him.
