Ok.
Mission accomplished.
Wondered why I wasn't receving any job calls, so today at about 2pm I check my phone. It hasn't been on for three days. This is what happens when you use your phone strictly for business and a once-per-week call to mother.
I had been offered two jobs in that time, but I had to go do a confirmation interview for one out in Beaverton.
After the interview and job offer I had to rush to the Beavterton office of the temp agency that referred me so I could take a drug test and watch their stupid safety video. Done.
This job ought to last more than one day. It's tech support, and that kinda makes me happy. I don't have to be really polite, just helpful. And I can get as many decorations as I please. And there looks to be room for some mobility, and that's nice.
I'm tired. I don't really want caffeine, but I ought to have some. It's Friday. So I should do something besides playing with my toys.
