hey--my post went on the old journal......

thank you for the support. i'm pretty in tune with how much i can take on right now, and i've been going to a therapist since this started over a year ago. thursday is a court date to finalize the divorce, if everything is in order by then. we're waiting on some info from someone. i was mostly meaning that i need to be physically independent by then--with a job and stuff.

i love my car. it's a '99 saab 9-3. black. the good news is, it was a "certified" used car when i bought it last year, so it has a 2-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, so the repair of the ignition thingy was free! (but the oil change and 50k maintenance they talked me into was $140.! haha)

my living room is painted. finally.

I don't mind you butting in, but I think evrybody suffers from what you call "emotional scarring," not just people around here. I don't really have much of a story I'm interested in telling. Read my journal from time to time and comment if you see something that strikes your fancy.

i'm planning to paint my living room.
i can't seem to get the damn brackets from the old blinds off the wall though....i don't own a wrench tiny enough. that kind of shit really slows a project down, ya know?
so, i guess it's: wrench shopping, then paint the living room.

i can't imagine riding 35 miles--shit, i'm dead after going around the block! haha.....no, really, my body burns calories way too fast--i need to be eating a pizza while i'm pedaling! ha! i crack myself up!

bummer about the palm tree. sounds like a fun weekend though. i didn't start painting as i had planned. i ended up going out and about cuz my sunroof is really huge and i like to drive my car. i think i'm gonna get a wrench from my ex--how come he got all the good tools???

i don't know anyone looking for a roommate, sorry. there are always places available in this town, though. if you're interested in moving this way, just look in the sunday ann arbor news. what about ferndale or royal oak?

i've tried to find neko lyrics on the web, and i gots nothin'. all i've read about deep red bells is that it's about a heinous crime, which i'd gathered. "he led her to his hiding place..." or something like that. eerie.
i don't really look at too many people's pics, unless their journal says "hey, check out my pics"--and then BAM!! CATS!! ugh!

i have a degree in graphic design. i've never been a graphic designer, but i'm gonna try and be one now--like 14 years later. i'm into photography, and want to do lots of other stuff, but i'm just focusing on finding some primary employment at the moment.
