Hmmmm... The new site design is now up. I got a chance to try it out in beta for a bit. I like some of it and other parts, not so much. I like a lot of the color, font and other aesthetic design decisions but DAMN is the functionality complicated. Perhaps a little while getting used to it will help. *shrugs*

So what's been going on?

Let's see... Obviously spending all the time I can with Carla.

She's into yard sales, and I'm beginning to understand why. On the weekends I don't have the girls, we'll get up and wander around to them in Ann Arbor. Once it warms up that place is FULL of them. Some suck but there are usually some choice goodies at the rest. Last week I got a bunch of stuff for the kids .(Childs encyclopedia, inflatable alligator for the new pool and some costume dresses) I think I paid less then $30 for everything!

A couple weeks ago

EvanX and MistressMissy had a barbeque at their place in Grand Rapids. We had a good time. Their dog, Darkheart, kept my daughters occupied most of time. Or did they keep him occupied? Hmm... Good food, got to see their cool pad and meet some people I haven't seen. Well worth the 2 hour trip.

This past week Oninotaki had a small gathering at his new place. A quiet but entertaining evening. And last night we barbequed with Liadan and Nalar. The best part was the chocolate and vanilla ice cream sundaes... with Cool Whip and fresh strawberries. Then Nalar and I got our asses kicked by my daughters at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4 video game.

Was planning on going to see NIN and/or Ministry on the same weekend. Realized I have my kids then. *sigh*
