I hope all of you who celebrated it enjoyed the Lunar New Year. I celebrated it for the first time yesterday with a friend from Vietnam. I met some great new friends and learned the symbolism of the new year meal. I thought it was really neat that each food item represents a new year blessing: happiness, wealth, land & sky, etc.
