hi boys and girls...
yesterday i came to the conclusion i was pretty damn overweight, which i grew out of when i was 15 and intended never to be again. so pro-activity took over and i threw away most of the food in my fridge/freezer and went and bougt a crapload of salads and pasta and fruit. hopefully that'll help matters.
also i found out recently that the company i work for has a corporate membership scheme for a gym in town, so i hauled my fat ass down there and signed on! i have my *induction* on wednesday so fingers crossed it's not too humiliating!
i'm also loving this new layout now, alhough the navbar at the top seems to be having some issues. that's in firefox though so hmmm probably just that. i can't be bothered to start IE and find out!
...incase anyone's bothered - *vista* is mighty imressive. i'm working with the beta version for compatibility testing and so far it's all good. bearing in mind you'll need a damned expensive setup to make the best of the aero interface: Microsoft.
anyway, before i geek everyone out i'm going. earlies now so i'm at work for half five.
