This morning I woke up a little before 7 and turned on PBS to see Mister Rogers get a video tour of the old American Converse shoe factory. After the show ended, I went back to sleep. Now that's a good way to start a day.

I've carried a zippo for the 12 years that I've been smoking. I wonder how long it will take me to adjust to not making sure I have my zippo and smokes before walking out of the house on that fateful day that I quit.
