PILGRIMAGE

Link Wray, GOD of Reverb, is playing in Austin next week. i'm considering skipping HauntCon and getting to hang out with Jami, and Angela and all the usual suspects and spooky socialites.

but god damnit this is another Rock'n'Roll Pilgrimage. the man who gave me the first real song. everything before was just cuting my teeth, getting me not even close to confident with a guitar slung over my shoulder.

Rumble changed everything.

Friday night, i'll see Link. Saturday morning, i'll visit Stevie. then, maybe, i'll head home.

yeah, I figured Jami's site going live and her being archived probably wasn't a coincidence. I wish she had more pics from her pre-blonde days. She looks great.

Let me know if you decide not to skip Hauntcon.

I probably won't make it to the myspace deal either. I would only know Jami because I'm an anti-social myspace member. I haven't done my cyber duty of making e-friends.
