I can't believe how long it has been since I last wrote. This last month has been such a blur...
All the Christmas stuff for work...Spending too much $$ preparing for holiday season...our interesting christmas that was interupted with Boo's sickness... Our completely sucky New years eve... Boo getting laid off... Finding out that one of my dearest friends is falling deeper and deeper into depresion (I feel so helpless)... and trying my best to prepare for a wedding that doesn't even seem like a wedding anymore but more like a monster checklist of tedious tasks. I have been so worried about Boo and Kevin and all the wedding stuff that i haven't even been able to enjoy being a soon to be bride.
Well, I did have one nice evening last night... when Pigletx69 and some of our co-workers threw me a surprise wedding shower. It was so sweet of them and I was honestly very surprised, which just proves how incredibely oblivious I am to my suroundings since they were running around all day at work with presents and supplies and I had NO IDEA! I was so greatful for last night because I was able to stop worrying for a few hours and have some fun.
It's only 21 days till the wedding and the checklist is as big as ever but hopfully I will be able to scratch things off slowly day by day until the 28th of January!
