It's strange, the feeling of being ok, stranger then I would have imagined. I started back at my karate studio earlier in the month, but it's taken until now to actually feel all right. I'm actually going to class (the one's that I can make -work blows sometimes), even when all I want to do is crawl into bed and sleep. I didn't realize how actually depressed I was until I looked at how much I slept. I just kind of blamed it all on the hours I keep at work, but then I kind of noticed how much I slept on any day, work or not.

I never thought I would be the type of person that would enjoy going to the gym -I'm still not- and I always thought running on a treadmill was a bit silly, but I find my self going and running 4 day's a week. I actually bothered to look at the clock on it (the one that tells how many miles you ran and how long you have been running for) and I actually ran 2 miles today in 15 minutes. It just seems all this physical exercise is actually making me happy. I spent time with Jim today, and it was really nice. We didn't fight or get on each others nerves, all we did was relax and watch tv together.

I'm loving that all this physical exercise is making me happy, because I am soooo gonna love the toned body Im gonna get from all this
