So far a fairly productive day. Went to the gym, and had my ass handed to me.

Awesome! Keep it up! If you're sore tomorrow, try some cherry juice.... Don't know if there is any truth to it, but it's a runners remedy that I read awhile back.... Supposed to help fight off post workout/run soreness. It seems to work for me (training for marathon).

I hate days like this. When you just want to be alone mostly because you hate yourself so much. I mean how could I really expect someone to love me when I can barely look at myself in the mirror.
Finally home. Lon day but I'm grateful work was slow. now cooking dinner for me and teal
