I know my personality is big a loud and often times off-putting, but I wish people would let me know when I've upset them rather than going behind my back and putting my job in jeopardy. Especially when this person has always been lovely and friendly towards me and I thought we had a great rapport. I know I often struggle to notice if I'm making someone feel uncomfortable, so tell me! The last thing I would ever want to do is to offend or upset someone, and if you tell me I will make every effort to accommodate you and reconcile our differences. I love you all, I just wish you all loved me :/

A lot of people can't handle big, loud or outgoing personalities. And it's not your fault if they can't. Just be yourself, and those who can handle it, will always be there with you. Personally I'm a very quiet, introverted guy, but I've always gotten along greatly with loud and outgoing people. ❤️
