communication is the key and if there is a breakdown ain't no one gonna be on the same page, and there will be no flow it will be awkward and choppy, finding the breakdown is where to start!! However there are those that you may never see eye to eye with and thats just the reality of perception excepting that and having the ability to move on is super important!!
