Oh wow. This weekend was pretty amazing. I think I found that confidence I once had. I went out on Friday night by myself. I literally asked every person I could think of and everyone was being lame. So I went, and I had a BLAST. I met a few people and we talked. It was just bantering, cutting each other down, and lies. I love when you can meet strangers and do this. Overall an exceptional evening. Also, last night I went to my usual spot. I had fun and did the usual. Get drunk, play songs on the jukebox, dance and be loud. I met a lot of people last night as well. Yay to new people.
I think this whole weekend has shown me I have a lot to discover. Not only about myself, but about people in general. I see now how many people there are out there to find out about. I'm trying really hard to turn off my defensive mechanism that makes me push people away. I see qualities in people I wouldn't expect to see and I'm thrown off my path of what I thought I wanted in my life. I feel comfortable being me, and I'm willing to wait to meet those people who want to pursue me for a change.
I quit my job. I found another one. I am back to massaging full time at a local spa I've worked at before. I love the girls there and I feel a million times more comfortable. I will also be making way more money. The best part is it's less than 2 minutes from my apartment.
It seems like things are slowly coming back together, or falling apart, but all is for the best.
P.S. It's going to cost $127.00 to fix my camera. If anyone wants to make a Christmas donation, I would love you forever.
