Ok...totally exhausted. I couldnt sleep last night at all. I kept dozing off but never really went into a deep sleep.
Why does sleep desert me when it is an escape for me?I lay awake all night listening to music and trying not to think. i am my own worst enemy sometimes and at the moment I thinkI am going all out to to destroy myself.

I think some deftones will clear my head on the way to work. At least I can block out all the idiots on the tube and get lost in music for an hour!

Another day at work and another day trying not to scream at everyone to tell them to go away. Its quite difficult when the people i work call me a geek!
