Yea that's understandable. Im in the same position. Though I let it out once in a while here and then I feel embarrassed for saying anything.

It doesn't stop me from experiencing things, if anything it makes me experience more. It helps me live in the moment, savor it, appreciate the frailty of that one moment that you will never have again
