Ugh. I'm depressed and I can't sleep.

You know those days you feel uglier than sin?
I'm having one of those days right now. My self esteem is in the pit.
Why is this happening? Why do I feel this way?
I was thinking of dressing up and going out tonight but I don't think I will.
I'll just dress in jeans and a t and go out tonight.
