So here is that post that I promised 
this may take some time, I had a lovely time with zamuzel this past weekend, and I'm very much looking forward to this coming weekend for more awesomeness. Christmas was amazing, an amazing blur. The last few years have not had such great Christmas times but this year made up for all that and more, and my birthday too (the 26th). I'm not going to separate the two events as right now they are all one amazing time.
MY BOOK STASH
Thank you to zamuzel for the lovely photography book and also to my Secret Santa for the Walking Dead covers book and the Ray Harryhausen book I am such a lucky girl, I was so happy receiving these, and from a stranger too.
My Mum bought me 2 onesies!
My boss got me a common cold!
Zam bought me that lovely book, a gorgeous torque necklace covered in huge metal spikes a teamug which is awesome and a hotel chocolat reindeer.
I was most shocked by this development...
On my birthday my friends arrived with 3 of the biggest boxes I have ever seen...
Containing all the kit I would ever need to create my own darkroom, so right now I am plotting to convert my bedroom into a darkroom, I am so excited.
I am blessed to have some of the best friends, I have difficulty in connecting with people yet I have met some of the best people ever out of the small number on my degree. Doing this photography degree is the best thing I have ever ever done.
Oh and they also got me this
Drawing wise I haven't done a lot recently however I would like to work on and possibly redraw this (its a circus pinup atop an elephants head).
OH! February I'm heading off to Denmark with Zam, firstly to go and see my very good friend in Sweden and also to be tattooed by the amazing Juergen Eckle at Conspiracy Inc.
Go see his work!
Right now although the date and time is booked there is no plan of what I'm having exactly or where, and I'm spontaneous enough not to be worried. I have every faith in Eckle's amazing work.
Hope you guys have had an equally amazing Christmas and festive period generally.
