Hey guys, I've had such a week, started very low but today is a great day, sun is shining and everything is well (apart from my dog being ill!) I've lost 5lb in weight too, since the 25th when I got my new scales, C25K is paying off, I feel a lot fitter plus I've started hooping which is a blast, painful on the ribs but great fun none the less . Hope everyone is well and feeling good too <3.
