Apparently Dr says I have de quervain's tenosynovitis, yeah. It could last a while so im on tablets, then failing that injections then im looking at surgery. Im actually in tears over this, I have a wedding to photograph in a few weeks I wont be able to cope and to cancel at such short notice... I cant so it to her, bride is a good friend too

I'm really sorry to hear. At least you have it diagnosed now and are starting treatment. The shock of everything could be amplifying everything right now, this is something beyond your control - don't beat yourself up over it. Hope things get better for you soon.
