My Personal Quest....
Simon needs a new pair of legs. As an animal care expert and general pet lover, and as a nurse at the hospital that will be performing his surgery, I have taken it upon myself to scream his plight from the top of my lungs.
Simon was born with deformed legs. Some folks brought him to DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital in Portland, claiming that they saved him from a dog fighting camp. A wonderful woman named Renee adopted him and has cared for him since. She has done everything in her power to keep him comfortable, but he is at the point where he needs surgery. You see, because Simon's front legs are so badly deformed, he has to bear his weight on his back legs. It makes him look a little bit like a T-Rex.
One of the Drs. I work with has so graciously volunteered his time. Now we just need to raise the money to cover all the material things-a doggy wheel chair, anesthesia, surgical implants, etc. PLEASE please please, do it for me
