I dyed my hair red last night... but i don't like it. it isn't red enough.. it looks more brown with reddish highlights. how soon can i dye over it with another color? and does anyone know a really bright permant red. i mean like bleeding head wound red? can i put manic panic over this to crank it up a notch?

Just wondering if anyone knew anything about hair dye so my hair doesn't fall out. also i have this weird bubble on the back of my ear on a upper cartlidge piercing...it looks sorta like a blister but when i stabbed it with a needle nothing happened except bleeding...

i also had the same trouble when i last dyed my hair red....and yes, you can put manic panic over it.
