I had contractions today. False labor. My doula says it's my body preparing for the real thing when it comes... which could be soon.... could be not. Either way that's fine but i told Hendrix to at least wait for his dad to get here!! I went and walked around the mall and they stopped. Although I want eddie to be here for the birth, it really would be cool if Hendrix was born on September 22... my dad's death day. The cycle of life. *ponders*
My brother and i had the best meal of our lives tonight. We ate at this place called the "Deep Fork Grill." It should be called the Deep Pocket Grill cuz WOOO was it expensive, $60 for our meal, which was damn worth it and i would have paid more. I ordered a fillet with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables and my brother ordered rack of lamb. He tried to get me to order the same thing but i can't eat A LAMB!! A FUCKIN CUTE ASS LAMB!?!? Anyway.... the waitress was awesome and kept refilling our water if it was even an inch low which was nice since i drink a lot of water these days. And then out of nowhere this dude shows up with eh.... i don't know how to spell it but it's or-dervs. Just for us!
Compliments of the chef! WHY!?!? I was so happy! PRESENTS!!! They were little chicken artichoke heart things wrapped in bacon. I took the bacon off and just ate the rest, it was a tasty little treat, whatever the fuck they called it....some french shit. Then when the waitress brought our food she gave me my plate and said, "I brought your whipped potatoes and also some Dolphin-sacramento (that's not really what they were called but it sounded like that and i can't remember it) potatoes because they're our specialty and we didn't want you to miss out." MORE PRESENTS!!! So we ate our food, which was AMAZING....oohh it was so good. That is the first time in my life i've been able to eat the whole cut of steak put on my plate....because it had no fat in it and i don't eat fat. Then i said to my brother, "I bet this place has really great deserts!!" And he agreed but groaned and said "Ooohhh no there's nooo way i'm ordering desert. I'm soooo full." And i was pretty full too so i didn't say anything but really i was thinkin..."maaaaan i really want some desert. I bet they got one of those chocolate cake things with the gooey hot fudge shit in the middle that spills out when you poke it." Then here comes our waitress with exactly that! THE BITCH READ MY MIND! And she said, "I know you didn't want to order desert but I thought you might like this." I seriously just wanted to make out with her. She must be my soul mate. Holy Shit. We tipped her $15, which is also the largest tip i've ever given. I can't wait till i have the kind of money where i can go to places like that every night. Places that give presents!!! HOW DELIGHTFUL!

Is having contractions painful? I mean you said that you walked around the mall till they went away so i assume that it's not really painful.I was just wondering.Never had any you know.
